1. The outer lid of the plastic chemical drum must be fastened with external force (a torque wrench can be used). After installing the sealing ring, it must be tightly attached to the flat surface of the drum opening, and twisting the sealing ring during installation is prohibited.
2. If the product being filled has a temperature above 40°C, tightening the outer lid and stacking must be done after the product cools down to room temperature; when stacking, ensure the stacks are even, maintain contact area between upper and lower layers, align the layers vertically, and avoid misaligned stacking; this helps prevent deformation of the plastic chemical drums.
3. If the filled product easily produces volatile gases, especially during months with significant temperature differences such as February, April, and August, filling should be done during the cooler times of the day to avoid denting and deformation.
